Weapons:
Staves: All classes can use staves. Note:
the Monk "staff bonus" ONLY applies to three specific weapons and not all
staves in general. The only ones that count are "Staff", "Magical Staff",
and "Jeweled Staff". None of the rare item staves bestow the "Monk Staff
Bonus"
Blunt: Useable by all classes except Sorcerer
and Necromancer. Best used on Druids and Clerics.
Daggers: Useable by all classes except Druid and
Cleric. Best used on Assassins, Thieves, Sorcerers, and
Necromancers.
Blades: Useable by all classes except Sorcerer,
Necromancer, Druid, and Cleric. Best used on Barbarians, Knights, Rangers,
Bards, and Paladins.
Assassin Only: Only usable by Assassins/Slayers.
Note: Since this is NOT a Dagger, it can NOT be used to backstab.
Monk Only: Only usable by Monks/Ninjas.
Paladin Only: Only usable by
Paladins/Guardians.
Armor:
Cloth: Equippable by all classes. Recommended
for Sorcerers and Necromancers.
Light: Equippable by all classes except
Sorcerors and Necromancers. Recommended for Monks.
Moderate: Equippable by all classes except
Sorcerors, Necromancers, and Monks. Recommended for Bards, Thieves,
Assassins, Barbarians, Rangers, and Druids.
Heavy: Only equippable by Paladins, Knights, and
Clerics. Recommended for Paladins, Knights, and Clerics.
Helmets and Shields:
Helmets and Shields may only be worn by Assassins,
Barbarians, Clerics, Knights, Paladins, Rangers, and Thieves.
Accessories:
Useable Items:
These are items that you can right click on and hit "use" (or type "use [item name]")to cause some sort of affect on your character or the game.
Food: Cures hunger.
Drink: Cures thirst.
Healing Potion: Restores health/life.
Anti-Toxin: Cures poison.
Mana Restoration: Restores magic/mana.
Stat Modifying: Potions that modify your
stats.
Light Source: Illuminates dark areas and allows
you to see.
Other: Items that don't fit into any of the
aforementioned categories.
Other Items:
These are items that you cant equip, and you cant use.
Keys: These are items that you have to have in
your inventory in order to pass through a locked door.
Sellable Items: These are items that you can
sell in shops for money.
Storage: These are items that just sit in your
inventory and allow you to have more storage space on your
character.
Novelty Items: These are items that literally have NO use in the game at all except as collector's items.
