Tools for Creating Skins
Kinar has created a small program that can be used to preview skins quickly and easily. You can download that here:

In order to run the program you will need to have the MSVB6 Runtimes installed on your computer. If you don't know what that means, try to run the program. If you need the runtimes it will give you an error telling you that you are missing MSVBVM60.DLL. If you get the error you can download the file from Microsoft to correct the problem.
